I wear many hats – An entrepreneur, strategist, survivor, mentor, nutritionist, life coach, and people manager. My portfolio includes renowned brands like Modispaces, WiseOwlzz, Inspirzz Multimedia and People’s Gym, among others After successfully leading my company to great heights, I took the name Anand Modi Inspirzz. With this, my journey is guided by a commitment to entrepreneurship and a dedication to positively impacting both the business world and the lives of those around me.

The First Step
My search for genuine Whey Protein led to my venture of importing and selling the fitness supplement(2002)
Degree in Sports Nutrition
Completed my Specialization in Sports Nutritionist from ISSA College of Exercise Science

People’s Gym
I embarked on my entrepreneurial journey by establishing People’s Gym.(2008)
Expansion Plans
We established our first People’s Gym branch in Nagpur(2010)
First Tender
I did my first site visit and the tender was given to ModiSpaces Ankur / Akashdeep Chsl(2013)
ModiSpaces Redevelopment
Took on the ambitious task of redeveloping 20 societies, transforming them into modern and sustainable living spaces.(2016)
Vivid Production House – Ami Inspirzz Multimedia
Ventured Vivid Production House, a platform to nurture young talents and promote storytellers.(2018)

WiseOwlzz offers expert guidance and execution in diverse fields, serving as your one-stop solution for strategy and negotiation, particularly in real estate consulting, eliminating the need for multiple agencies.
My vision of offering the residents of Malad a fitter lifestyle gave birth to People’s – The Power Gym. Established in the year 2000, People’s Gym is a top player in the category of fitness centers in Mumbai.
My vision with ModiSpaces was to blend visionary design with practicality in the western suburbs. Now with 56 projects completed and 21 underway, we are shaping the future of vibrant living.
